Maple and oak cutting/charcuterie board.

Handcrafted hardwood cutting/charcuterie board. This board features maple, oak and a little food safe resin. There are different grades of wood used some prime grade and some character grade. Some of the imperfections in the character grade have been filled with food safe resin and non toxic pigment. These are 100% made by me. I do not start with blanks. All the lumber is milled/sized in my shop then glued together and finished. These are built tough and are made to last for generations if carded for property. These can also be sanded and refinished when they show sines of heavy use. These are conditioned with mineral oil and a light coating of butcher block oil. I do recommend sealing this with a few more coats of oil or preferred wax before use. This board also has feet already installed to prevent slipping while in use. Please not that these are handcrafted so there could be some slight imperfections.

Make sure this is oiled regularly especially after using and washing. It is normal for wood to dry as well when not in use. For food safety it is imported that these stay sealed or you run the risk of contamination.
